Most Thursdays are a long day because of work and school.  Today started off even earlier because of a meeting with India that snuck up on me.  I took lunch to work, but realized I would be better off eating it later at school.  So I headed to the Mongolian for lunch.  I asked Steve and Maria to go with me, which was a nice chance to talk to them, but Maria is not a big eater and Steve and I put away a couple bowls each, so she sat and watched us eat for awhile.

Hopefully Friday will go quickly and the Saturday weigh in will go well.  I have just over a week to my first checkpoint.  Let’s do it.

Protein Shake and vitaminsimage

Lunch at Mongolian Grill.  This was the first time I have ever added Broccoli to my bowl.  If I keep getting used to new stuff there, I am going to have to get a bigger bowl.

Leftovers – 2 slices of pork from dinner last night, some pureed cauliflower, and a bag of carrots.
