Back on track

After our cheat day on Saturday, I felt like I had a food hangover.  As much as I love and can’t wait for Saturdays, the recovery is tough.

Breakfast was a protein shake.

Lunch was Sashimi and carrots.  Amazingly good for raw fish.

Easter dinner with my family at Hectors.  1/2 a roast chicken with carrots and asparagus.
