Back on the plan and I feel much better going into week 2.  I think it was a shock to my body to start eating veggies and beans.  To much nutrition for my junk food body.

Tomorrow I am going to be traveling, so it will be a test of my willpower.  I am so used to eating like crap when I travel, it will be hard to not fall into my old habits.  Todays meals behind the cut…


Dinner: Spaghetti squash, Spaghetti sauce with lots of meat and a salad with avocado.


Lunch: Lentil soup, German wieners, and steamed carrots.


Breakfast: Eggs with Prosciutto and tomatos
